An ARB Meeting was held 11/20/24. Approval was given for the Sizemore Residence pending set back confirmation in line with the CCR's.
A new Finance Committee has been formed at Hogan's Mill More details on this as it develops.

ARTICLE IX INSURANCE The Master Association is hereby authorized to purchase property and casualty insurance, other than title insurance, on the Homeowner Association Property as well as liability, indemnity and fidelity insurance, in such amounts and with such companies as the Board of Directors shall deem appropriate.
