The City has now informed us that there will a delay to the re-paving of our streets. This needs to be addressed by all the members in Good Standing at the next HOA meeting to be announced.

11.1.26 Garbage and Trash Containers: No Condominium Residence, Multi-Family Residential Property or Lot shall be used or maintained as a dumping ground for rubbish, trash or other waste. All trash, garbage and other waste shall be kept in sanitary containers and, except as required during trash collection, all containers shall be kept within an enclosure which the A.R.B. shall require to be constructed on each Lot, Condominium Residence or Multi-Family Residential Property.
