NOTE: This is the first time Hogan's Mill has had full ARB committee in quite some time. The ARB are tasked in the CCR's to ensure that new construction and proposed changes to individual homes, following the CCR's Rules. These rules were detailed further in an new Construction Agreement adopted in Sept./Oct. 2023, that are designed to follow the CCR's as written. The New Construction Agreement and the CCR's, along with a map of Hogan's Mill can be downloaded from this site, (See Below) for your convenience.
